Here's a fascinating site I was recently alerted to. Bill Pettit, an Albany, New York blogger, has been obsessively collecting different editions of Moby-Dick for many years now. Prior to an upcoming exhibit of his collection, he has decided to start a blog sharing images and information about each of these editions. What is especially interesting about Pettit's site is the sheer breadth of his book collection. There are editions of Moby-Dick from Japan, Italy, Great Britain, the United States, China, and probably many more to come. Pettit's collection covers paper backs, hardovers, rare and antique editions, and even graphic novels. The cover art alone on these editions is worth several long looks.
If you are in any way interested in Moby-Dick as a novel and as a touchstone of Western literature, you really should visit the blog, fittingly named The Moby Dick Collection. Bill promises regular updates and so far every post has been interesting.

Thanks for the link, Matt.
It is a pleasure to share these things. There is so much out there I don't think I could ever get to the bottom of it all.
