Many more "Moby-Dick" illustrations available in the shop

I have been holding back a number of the very best and very largest pieces until now, when the book is officially out. There will be some fantastic pieces at the gallery show in Portland, Oregon in November (details to follow) but in the meantime I have added 17 more to my Etsy shop and will be adding 10 or so more each day for the rest of this week. Take a look, and hopefully you'll find something you like.

  2. Do you have any shows in the Dayton area coming up? I'd like to get my annv. present signed.

  3. Many thanks Miss Gobbler. I am oddly fond of this piece. Something very serene about it, I think.

  4. Tonya, I will actually be doing a presentation and signing right at Dayton Metro Library on Sunday November 13th. I believe the time is noon, but it might be 2pm. I can't remember for sure. It will be at the Main library, in the auditorium so bring your book down and I'll do something unique in it.

  6. Yes, that was certainly an interesting experience. At one point, I was actually looking through my book (I still never get tired of doing that) and I was gently chided by one of the other panelists. Hmmmm. Still I was glad for the chance to talk about the book and all in all Books by the Banks was amazing!

  8. Thank you Amy. It always does me a world of good when people write to tell me that this project of my own has inspired them to do something. That means a lot.
