    That cartoon has never left my consciousness, even though I haven't seen in it a decade or more. For some reason, this image instantly brought it to the forefront of my memory and I had to look it up to discern why my remembrance has such a coppery, bittersweet taste to it. An impressionable 'toon, to say the least...

  2. Such an odd connection, Brandon, but thank you very very much for sharing it. That, for me, is one of the most fascinating things about sharing art. Ultimately, the artist has very little control over what viewers see in his or her art. I am always deeply interested in how people assess what I'm doing, and what they see in it.
