ReplyDeleteHe does look horrifying, doesn't he? Other than Kurtz I have been experimenting with making all of these white Europeans look like lumpy, fleshy, grotesquely hungry monstrosities with conical heads. The symbolism is, as always with me, brutally overt, but the results are pleasing to me.
