So much impact. The white 'bars' remind me of newspaper structures I used to make as a child - where we rolled up sheets and taped them into sticks and built cubes, pyramids, buildings. When I look at this drawing that is what I imagine - and I imagine the flame reaching them and burning them down.
Samantha, that is fascinating! I never did anything like that with newspapers, but now I almost want to try. I do like your addressing the combustible nature of what you see...I had hoped for that to come through and am very grateful it did.

My wife said the white bars reminded her of bone. Which was a wonderful compliment as well.
