  1. I was thinking a lot about the beautiful work of P. Craig Russell, especially his pages for the "Elric" comics. While this piece is certainly a piss-poor homage to Russell's fantastically gorgeous art, I am still strangely pleased with how my little Bottle Conjuror turned out.

  2. I was especially happy with the colors. Absinthe green and whiskey yellow. All suitably toxic-looking and dripping with malice.

    Although I myself am far from a teatotaller.
