  1. This piece is a very deliberate mirroring of this piece illustrating the friendship between Ishmael and Queequeg. I'm really pleased with how this turned out and how the two pieces complement one another.

  2. I think I've been gaining a bit of confidence in my art as this project reaches its climax because I have done more and more pieces on plain white watercolor paper or white Bristol board. This one did turn out well, and it's strange how I drew inspiration from my own self.
